IATA – International Air Transport Association
The Association provides accreditation and credibility by issuing a unique identification number (IATA number) recognized by airlines, proving the agency's legitimacy. It is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing over 300 airlines, including major carriers, and providing accreditation to travel agencies. It sets standards for safety, security, and efficiency in air travel.
ACTA - Association of Canadian Travel Advisors
Founded in 1977, it acts as a united voice for travel agencies and independent travel advisors to governments and industry partners. It represents over 80% of all travel bookings made through travel agencies in Canada. It provides training, certification, and advocacy regarding regulatory changes. It operates seven regional councils across Canada to serve its members and advocates on travel industry issues.
CLIA – Cruise Lines International Association
The Association in Canada provides travel advisors with industry-recognized credentials, specialized cruise education, marketing resources, and networking events. CLIA membership offers exclusive access to agent-only discounts on cruises, FAM trips, bonus commissions, and the EMBARC ID, helping agents build credibility and boost cruise sales.

Travel Leaders Network is a passionate community of travel professionals focused on mutual success. Travel Leaders Network is one of the largest sellers of luxury travel, cruises and tours in the industry. Representing over 5,700 travel agency locations across the United States and Canada, our Network uses the power of our parent company, Internova, to assist millions of leisure and business travelers annually.
Travel Leaders Network acts as a comprehensive support system and consortium for travel agencies, offering high-impact marketing, lead generation, proprietary booking tools, and enhanced commission structures through preferred supplier partnerships. It empowers agencies—ranging from small businesses to large corporations—to increase profitability, enhance efficiency, and access specialized luxury travel programs.

CCORCC - Prescott Russell Chamber of Commerce
This organization fosters a flourishing local economy by representing the interests of local businesses, advocating economic and legislative issues, and providing networking opportunities. It serves as a connector for businesses in the region through events like workshops, seminars, and professional development. To work on the economic, civic, and social well-being of businesses in municipalities such as Casselman, La Nation, and Russell.
MCCC - Moose Creek Chamber of Commerce
They work to improve the economic, civic, and social well-being of the community. It initiates community improvement projects, such as the main street flag project, promotes local businesses, and hosts community events like murder mystery supers to foster local engagement. Organizing community activities, including fundraising dinners. Supporting local improvements, such as projects aimed at securing funds for town infrastructure.
Regulatory Administrative Authority in Ontario
TICO – Ontario Industry Council of Ontario
It is a not-for-profit corporation that regulates Ontario's travel industry, enforcing the Travel Industry Act, 2002 to protect consumers. TICO registers travel agents/wholesalers, enforces compliance, and manages a compensation fund to protect travelers from business failures. Manages the Ontario Travel Industry Compensation Fund, which may reimburse consumers who paid for travel services they did not receive due to a travel agent or wholesaler's bankruptcy.

Recognition at Centre Holidays
I've been with Centre Holidays since 2017 and just love that it's a family business. Carlton is the owner (President), his wife Jillian Montaut handles contracts and recruitment, Andre, their son, manages IT and their printing business; and daughter Kristin handles accounting. Carlton was honoured by the Travel Leaders Network as the best Host for the last two years.
In 2023 I was honoured with a Bronze Circle of Excellence with Centre Holidays! And for 2024 I was honoured with the Gold Circle of Excellence with Centre Holidays. What an honour!
It has already been 6 years since January 2018 that I started my business. I have grown my business with a great team! The year 2020 was quite a challenge but I never gave up hope that travel would come back with a vengeance!
